Immerse yourself in the flavors of Spain with our Paella and Sangria Workshop in Alcudia. This hands-on experience is designed for food enthusiasts who want to explore Spanish cuisine.
Our expert chef will guide you through the process of creating two iconic paellas: a classic seafood paella and a vegetarian paella with seasonal vegetables.
While cooking, you will learn valuable techniques to replicate these dishes at home. In addition, you will learn how to prepare traditional sangria and taste local wines. This activity is more than a cooking class; it is a cultural journey that promises fun, learning and the pleasure of cooking and tasting in a small group.
The paella and sangria workshop will take place at the Espai Food Lovers cafeteria in Alcudia. You will be welcomed and accommodated while the whole group arrives.
The expert chef will guide and assist you in the preparation of the marisco and vegetable paella.
After a job well done, what better way to enjoy the dishes you have cooked yourself?
You will be able to taste homemade sangria and wine throughout the experience.
