Your adventure begins with a visit to the Alcudia market accompanied by our local guide to select fresh ingredients that you will later use in the preparation of typical tapas. This is your chance to immerse yourself in the local culture and chat with the vendors at the market.
In the tapas workshop, guided by an expert chef, you will learn how to prepare a variety of Spanish tapas, from cheeses and meats to saffron and seafood dishes. With this workshop, you will learn how to make typical tapas that you can then replicate at home.
The experience culminates with a tasting of your own elaborations, accompanied with local wine, in a relaxed and close atmosphere. An unforgettable experience that combines learning and enjoyment in Alcudia.
Your trip starts at 10:20h in Alcudia:
We will meet at the entrance of the Espai Food Lovers cafeteria to start the market tour.
Our local guide will show you the highlights of the Alcudia market and you will accompany him to buy the fresh products that you will use in the tapas workshop.
We will return to the Espai Food Lovers cafeteria to start the tapas workshop with our expert chef.
The experience culminates with a tasting of the tapas you have prepared accompanied by local wine.
